These are just a standard vitamin. I didn't feel like anything was special about them besides the fact that they provide my daily dose of vitamins. I also think that the price for these is marked too high since you can get the same thing cheaper with the store brand vitamins.

my mother in law use this as it has the main ingredients she needed for her vitamins and supplements. the quality is great, as well as the taste, even the size is easy to swallow. Fine as far as multivitamins go but honestly, they're very expensive and I never noticed any real benefits to it. I'm sure there are but I eat a vegetable rich diet and was told by my doctor unless I'm actually vitamin deficient in something, a multivitamin doesn't do much.

It has all the great vitamins we women needs, so I am happy to have received it. I have been very tired lately so this is exactly what I needed. Here's the thing with vitamins- I don't know what they do for me other than I need them. One-a-day is a reputable brand that has the values I need on the daily. I find I need to take this after I eat because it can bother my stomach. It is also a giant pill.
