They were easily swallowed and didn't have any strong vitamin smell like other vitamins can have. Great vitamins. Have all the essential ingredients. I take with my biggest meal of the day (lunch), and a bunch of water. Doesn't give me indigestion or an upset tummy like some other vitamins do. Take in conjunction with as healthy a diet as you can have! Not a substitute for fruits and vegetables
