I've taken these for a few months at a time, but did not notice much of a difference in grogginess or overall health. When I went to my PCP, I told her that I have been taken them as a friend raved on how it helped her and she had a huge difference in skin, sleep, and energy - my PCP told me that multivitamins are really just generally tailored for the public and don't help much. It's more suggested to do blood-work and see what deficiencies you may have so you can learn what will benefit you the most. 

I've taken other multivitamins for women before and they were always so big I could barely swallow them. I tried these ones (the petite kind) and they're much easier to swallow because of being so small. I will buy them again and I do recommend them.

They were easily swallowed and didn't have any strong vitamin smell like other vitamins can have. They seem to do the trick and I would definitely think about purchasing these in the future when I run out. They are also affordable and won't break the bank.

What a nice surprise to find these to be a normal size and not at all hard on my stomach! I feel better for sure taking these and I love the mix of vitamins and minerals it contains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One A Day women's complete multivitamin is convenient because it is one my one pill and it is easy to swallow. It does not have a terrible aftertaste and doesn't irritate my stomach if I don't take it with food. I still supplement with vitamin D and biotin but that is by my doctors recommendation.

I don't know if it's because I never take vitamins or if it's because I took them on an empty stomach but they did not make me feel good the first time I tried them. I did try eating with it and i still didn't feel well after. Not to mention the pill was big!

These are a decent multivitamin. I just don't love the fact that they're enormous, like most multivitamin brands. It makes it difficult to want to stick with taking one daily. If not for the size, I'd give more stars. Maybe in the future brands will consider two smaller supplements to this giant version.

The product is good but can have a weird taste and the pills are little on the bigger side if you don't have a problem with your gag reflex than these work great. the price is very cheap easily found anywhere I have not seen any coupons for these but I'm sure if you look hard enough they probly have them

After browsing the shelf for about an hour, I decided to choose these as my everyday multivitamin. Only to get home, take one, and start having really sharp pains in my chest. I thought maybe it was indigestion so I took another one a day and a half after only this time right after swallowing the pill, I started to vomit ridiculously. This product is not a good if you're looking for an everyday multivitamin and you may experience more side symptoms than actual health benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had switched to gummy vitamins because usually vitamins are pretty big and it makes it hard to get down. I love that these are smaller and make things easier. I usually take it as part of my morning routine.
