I would recommend. They are super easy to swallow. Its nice that you get all your vitamins in one pill. Its nice to that its formulted specifically for woman.

I like that these vitamins provide all the nutritional support for key vital functions, specially that you only take one however I don't like how big it is. It's hard to swallow for me.

I use the One a Day brand quite regularly. The prices are decent. I can't be 100% certain that they work, and can't tell much of a difference, but I know that I am taking my multi vitamin. I would recommend.

My go to multivitamin. It has a much higher absorption rate than several other brands. A well rounded diet and additional supplements are often needed, but I haven't found a better alternative. I will continue to purchase in the future.

Great vitamin just large! Has all the essential nutrients for women all in one pill. I find it hard to swallow because of its size. It also has a bad taste when swallowing it due to a powdery outside.

These are good for the price, One thingI don't like is that the tablets are too big, for this reason I wouldn't buy again unless they made them smaller.

Not my favorite vitamin to go to but I do like how it gave me energy throughout the day. Wasn't disappointed just stopped buying this kind because it made me sick eventually then again you should eat something before you take vitamins lol

I use these everyday! The formula is nice and simple, just gives you a boost in the essentials. Easy pill to swallow, it's has a subtle taste but I think that's just from sitting in the bottle
