There is not a good taste with this vitamin. I take it because I feel that, while I try to get all of my nutrients throughout the day, I don't always get my vitamins and minerals needed. And yet, I am unsure if it actually works. 

These vitamins are great for providing Women with the essential vitamins. I will say that I prefer gummy vitamins over the actual pill but these get the job done and aren't too big for your to swallow.

Pretty middle of the road for a daily vitamin. has everything you really need an affordable price but definitely not the best product I've ever purchased. If my budget is tight and I want something reliable this is what I would go for.

I had to take these at night right before bed or else they'd make me unbelievably sick. Even taking them with food I would end up with a migraine and either stuck in bed miserable/unable to function or praying to the porcelain gods.

Since I started taking a multivitamin my hair and nails have started to look much better and I also feel better. I'm getting up there in age and have been doing my best to live a more healthy lifestyle, this has definitely helped!

I don't believe i took this long enough to notice a huge difference. the price was a little more than i would have liked but the product did meet my expectations for only having tried it once so far!

Great vitamins they work good for females and to get your every day nutrients I would highly recommend and the price is great as well you can't beat one a day
