These women multi vitamins are great for supplemental if you don't get enough with your diet. Very effective and has all the vitamins that we need. Great packaging. These are the 200 tablets.

It was ok.   Large pill and easily gets caught in your throat.  I didn't really noticed a difference in my health or energy.  Make the pill smaller.  

I love this multivitamin and I definitely recommend. The taste may not be the best but it definitely provides the vitamins you need and it is cost effective which is one of the most important things. I am more than satisfied

I have been taking these vitamins for a month now and feel like I have more energy than I had before and just overall feel better. The only drawback to these is I wish they will smaller in size they quite big.

They are good multivitamin if someone is just looking for a good daily vitamin to take. It takes about a month for the vitamin to start doing its thing. They are a good vitamin for the price range they are in.
