This vitamin was a good basic. Easy to take. It is easy to fit taking this in to my schedule and i had no stomach upset. I would recommend this product.

The pills are slightly large which is the only down side I have with One a day women's vitamins. Price is good. No after taste. I notice a difference of when I miss taking my daily vitamin, try not to do that too much.

Really good affordable multivitamin for women. If you chew it though it does leave a bit of a metal aftertaste. If you are looking for a multivitamin that is affordable I recommend this one.
