I love taking Women's One A Days because they have all the supplements we need every day. I typically run deficient in these minerals so it's nice to take these every day

I try to take different vitamins. These can get a little expensive. I find that i prefer the gummies over swallowing a pill now. I figured if im going to take a ton of vitamins i will at least enjoy them.

The women's one a day Vitamin is my first choice for daily multi-vitamins. They are more expensive partly because we are paying for the brand, but they are pretty good overall...

Make sure you follow the directions. Please take with food. The first time I guess I didn't eat enough and got super nauseous. Other than that It did the job a multi-vitamin is supposed to do.

I used to use these a lot, but I started to feel nauseous after taking them for a few months. I tried them before and after food, night and morning. And after eliminating them I got better. It's a shame as I did feel good prior to that.

Took these when I was in high school. They are easy enough to take. I did not notice a huge difference so I stopped taking them and focused on a healthier diet.

I love this stuff it helps me feel happier and more alive each day they arernt that expensive and the vitamins arent huge like some brands its awesome

One a day women's multivitamin: these would be almost perfect there are reasonable priced alot to a bottle But the pills are huge and they have a horrible after taste after swallowing
