I started taking these about a month ago, I really like they don't have artificial colors or sweeteners . The one I got is also safe for ppl with shellfish allergies.

They're boasting about the smaller size, but they don't mention that they have decreased the amount of vitamins from the previous formula (ex. Calcium which is extremely important). Very unhappy about the formula change.

I've been taking the one a day petites vitamins for a while! The only reason i gave it one star less is because it's actually 2 a day.. I'm sorry but that will always bug me lol!!! Hopefully one day it'll be one a day!

Another average vitamin with just average levels of needed components. Research will help you decide what levels you need of specific vitamins. A multivitamin is a good baseline.
