I have a difficult time swallowing larger pills. These are easy to swallow. They do not leave a bitter aftertaste. I have tried both the generic and brand name. These are worth the extra money.

Full set of nutrients needed. Check your blood work before hand to see if you need all of the vitamins or just some. levels can increase if taken daily you can do every other day if your levels are already normal

I had to stop using this multivitamin because it upsets my stomach regardless of taking it with food. It also makes me break up a lot, I think it is because it contains biotin and I don't tolerate biotin very well.

Good multivitamin to take every day to help you get the essential vitamins and minerals you may lack in your diet. If you are sensitive to vitamins take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Overall a good product and I'd purchase again.

Great vitamins, took these regularly for years without issues or complications. Kept me in good health. Easy to swallow, no bad taste and I felt they worked great helping give vitamins and minerals I was lacking in my daily diet.
