Great vitamins, Love this brand they work great and make you feel great would definitely recommend to others and will continue to use and purchase in the near future!!!!

Couldn't really see any benefits of using this product. I stopped taking it after about 6 months. Considering using it again to see if I notice any change.

My doctor recommended I take vitamins because some of my numbers were low. I choose Women 1 a day and I am very pleased. My numbers actually went up after about 3 months of usage.

One a day has good formulation. I noticed I needed to drink more water after I take these though. Not sure if I'd change anything . Pretty good overall .

I felt like I was giving my body the vitamins and minerals I needed when I took this vitamin. I don't always have time to eat the way I should, but I didn't worry too much about it as long as I was taking this vitamin.

No noticable difference, just assuming that the one a day women's was doing its job seeing as I'm still alive, meaning that they provided what I was missing in my diet.

I didn't notice any difference in my health after taking these for a year. Everyone needs different things. So it's near impossible for these kinds of MV to be effective for all of us. Doctors even say it (the honest ones anyway).
