No noticable difference, just assuming that the one a day women's was doing its job seeing as I'm still alive, meaning that they provided what I was missing in my diet.

Like a lot of vitamins, they are on the larger side, but manageable, when swallowing the pill. To me they have a orange flavoring to them, which makes it better. Yes I will buy more and recommend to others!

Switched from gummy vitamins to these and they make me so nauseous! Trying to make it through the giant bottle that I bought, but I might just have to give them away. What is it that caused the nausea?! I've never had a problem with vitamins before.
