I take womens one a days pretty frequently. I would say it helps me replenish what I'm lacking in my vitamins. Only thing I'd change would be size of the pill. It's a little hard to swallow since it's so large sometimes.

Like a lot of vitamins, they are on the larger side, but manageable, when swallowing the pill. To me they have a orange flavoring to them, which makes it better. Yes I will buy more and recommend to others!

This One a Day Women's vitamin is great. I take it every morning with my breakfast. It helps give me the vitamins I don't get threw out the day. I highly recommend it and you can find it at the drug stores or/and the grocery stores.

It is a simple way to get your vitamins for the day. The pill is a bit large, so gummy vitamins can be an easier choice, but if flavor is a hard no for you, these are a good alternative.
