[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I'm able to take this multivitamin once a day and cover most of my vitamin bases. It is easy to take and does not really require any effort.

I not really an supplement person, with that said I never can tell a difference physically when I take supplements and don't. My blood work obviously shows a difference but I can take ‘‘em or them ‘em.

I really enjoyed taking the One A Day vitamins. I feel like they were working…when I remembered to take them. I might try them again. I would recommend them to others.

Taste is ok, but they definitely help and work. I'd definitely recommend. They offer a good amount in the bottles. Only gave it a 3 as i found one that works better for ME.

I like these. You can get them at most stores. I believe they do the job. I have been taking them for a while. It is a good way to protect your health. You need to take them once a day.
