I have had heart history and it helps with that I feel like my hair looks healthier and stronger my skin has improved as well and although I keep my nails done they are growing like crazy love these vitamins

Very easy to take everyday. Easy to swallow with no after taste. The price is reasonable for most. Enough in container so no need to keep going out for a refill

I had to take these at night right before bed or else they'd make me unbelievably sick. Even taking them with food I would end up with a migraine and either stuck in bed miserable/unable to function or praying to the porcelain gods.

Pretty middle of the road for a daily vitamin. has everything you really need an affordable price but definitely not the best product I've ever purchased. If my budget is tight and I want something reliable this is what I would go for.

I tried this product because my friend recommended it,I definitely was surprised that it's working. My nails hair and skin looks better after this. Good value with good quality.

I had to stop using this multivitamin because it upsets my stomach regardless of taking it with food. It also makes me break up a lot, I think it is because it contains biotin and I don't tolerate biotin very well.

These have a great amount of vitamins and minerals, but are the very definition of a horse pill. Holy moly these are a chore to try to swallow. Not a fan of that aspect. Can't wait to someday find a vitamin that I like and can stomach

One a day is a great way to boast your energy and get all your essential vitamins in. Taste great and is very good priced. Will be buying again for a daily supplement
