This is an awesome vitamin. It has a ton of benefits in just one pill which is great because like the title it's only one a day with all of those benefits!

I use this religiously every day. I like that it's packed with all the vitamins us a women need everyday and also that it does not upset my stomach unlike other products I've tried

I like the women because it includes all the minerals I need like iron and folic acid. Must take with a meal since it's a big pill and will upset the stomach otherwise. I think I solid drug store vitamin with everything you need and a good price

These are one of the few vitamins I can take without getting sick I would recommend them if you get nauseous after taking vitamins they actually work really well

The pill is super big and there's not really enough of any of the individual vitamins in there to help you, so I don't recommend. It's not the worth the hassle of choking to death for nothing.

It gives you what you need. I stopped taking them because they were making me feel sick. Not everyone is the same. They do work and give you the right vitamins you need.

I got this in Sep. 2023 and it shows Mar. 20 24 as the expiration date. This is called "One A Day" and a package of 300 pills. You do the math. I will return it back to the store.
