I take One a Day Women's (Petite) vitamins every day! They are so awesome! You get just what you need. It's a great product, effective, and worth the money!

This is a great daily vitamin. I didn't notice any drastic difference while taking these, but I did feel healthier knowing I was getting most of the daily supplements I needed. Did not cause stomach upset like some vitamins do. Recommend.

I used to take one of these every day. I think they're great, but I recently switched to a much cheaper generic brand which contains the exact same amount of vitamins.

I assume it's working. I take one every day and haven't noticed a difference, but nothing bad has happened so there's that. I'm choosing to believe it's as beneficial as it says.

my mom originally had me take these growing up and i guess its that kind of thing that sticks with you. i do not feel a difference, but atleast im getting my vitamins

If you are looking for a “complete” vitamin- this is a great product to start with! If you are needing specific nutrients or have medical conditions/take medications that cause your nutrients to fluctuate- please consult your doctor or pharmacist!
