I've taken this vitamin every day for years now. I'm not really sure that it does anything but I figure it is better to just take it than to not and have something bad happen....I mean it can't hurt right?!

The One a Day Women's multi vitamin is a top choice vitamin. Packed full of your daily essentials. Taste is good, I've had some that were much worse. Easy on the wallet with a good price point.

The pills are slightly large which is the only down side I have with One a day women's vitamins. Price is good. No after taste. I notice a difference of when I miss taking my daily vitamin, try not to do that too much.

Another average vitamin with just average levels of needed components. Research will help you decide what levels you need of specific vitamins. A multivitamin is a good baseline.

I can't take the off brand so I tryed the name brand and it has worked great for me I started feeling better and my Doctor said that is great for me and im. Very happy

These vitamins are great. They have everything you need and it's specially formulated for women. They're ready to swallow and has no after taste. I would recommend them.
