I have a hard time swallowing pills This is large and had a chalky taste, for someone with stomach issues or esophageal issues this is not a good option

They're boasting about the smaller size, but they don't mention that they have decreased the amount of vitamins from the previous formula (ex. Calcium which is extremely important). Very unhappy about the formula change.

I take one of these every single morning with my breakfast. They do not upset my stomach. I have noticed a difference in my overall health since starting these. They a little pricey but for my health, it's worth it!

I think the dosage was too high for me— I always felt sleepy or dizzy after taking it. I think I would like it a lot more if it came in a lower dosage. Unfortunately I would not buy it again. The pills are also very large and takes a bit to swallow.

Gives all nutrients I need. Have been taking these for many years have been very effective. The price is great, sometimes its harder to find as they sell out quick. Gave me everything I expected and more I definitely would recommend others to try.

Good inexpensive multivitamin that is easy on the stomach and easy to swallow. Which it was organic with omegas. Otherwise, good product and take it only once daily.
