This is overall a good vitamin. I like all that it has in it and definitely felt.a bit more energized. I do feel it has alot of fillers in it though. If they could come out with a more natural form that would be phenomenal. I do recommend this to those that are on a budget but want a good all around vitamin.

Fine as far as multivitamins go but honestly, they're very expensive and I never noticed any real benefits to it. I'm sure there are but I eat a vegetable rich diet and was told by my doctor unless I'm actually vitamin deficient in something, a multivitamin doesn't do much.

Great vitamins does what they should. Great priced and they have so many varieties to choose from,they make them for women,men, etc.They are affordable and works well so I recommend these for your vitamin needs. I'm overall satisfied with One A Day Vitamins!

my mother in law use this as it has the main ingredients she needed for her vitamins and supplements. the quality is great, as well as the taste, even the size is easy to swallow. I bought these vitamins and took them on an empty stomach not even 20 minutes later I was vomiting without any other cause.

I have been taking these for a month now, decided to change to a multi instead of 10 different ones. So far so good. Haven't noticed a change, but no bad reactions.
