I have used One A Day Women in the past and have to say, it does a phenomenal job in aiding a healthy lifestyle. I personally have a lot of trouble keeping up with routines, but during the few months I strictly took One A Day Women I felt energized and much more upbeat. Definitely give this a try if you are looking to make a change in your lifestyle or just want to try a new supplement. 😁

I take these on a daily basis and it allows me to put in what my body needs every day. The main reason I take these is because I have low iron levels and this helps with that, but there are also so many other beneficial additions to these pills! 100% love them and would recommend them.

I honestly don't have any thoughts. I couldn't tell a difference when I was taking these, but I also don't really think that you're supposed to be able to tell. If you think you might be deficient in some area, I think this is a perfectly fine brand to give a try. Can't say anything bad about it but can't really say anything good either.

So I'm giving these a 5 star rating, but to be quite honest I have commitment issues with vitamins. Im the worst mother and can't even remember to give my kids their vitamins in the morning let alone take care of my own darn self. I'm lucky I floss my teeth.

I tried this vitamin and I had to stop taking it. No matter how I took it in the morning, night, with food, or without it always made me sick. I have heard great things about this brand, which is why I tried it. For me not the right product, other people love it.

I decided to take multivitamins when I realized that they're very beneficial. I really like these because after the first couple of days, I noticed a big difference in my overall health. The only flaw is that these vitamins are pretty big, so for the first few times they might be a bit hard to swallow. But if you don't mind that, then these are the prefect vitamins for you! :)

This was an okay product overall, but not something I would get all the time. These are pricey, but a good value. The biggest thing I would improve on this product is the after taste it leaves behind. I might would buy it again, but it's not super likely at this point.

I see a difference when I am taking this vitamin. My energy levels are definitely higher when I am consistently taking this vitamin. I have found that it can upset my stomach if I don't eat before taking this vitamin. I do wish I didn't have that issue, that would be my only problem.
