[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used One-A-Day before, but this vitamin seems a bit easier to swallow. It has no aftertaste and is a bit smaller than other multivitamins. It also provides a good mix of daily vitamins and minerals to supplement what you do not get from your diet. When I need more vitamins, I may get another bottle of these.

I like this product a lot. Doctor recommended I start taking a multivitamin to help with some problems I was having. Has every vitamin/mineral you need in a day. However, doesn't have the best taste and was a very large pill to have to swallow. Does the job you need it to but wish there was a way it could be smaller and still get everything I need. 

I have been taking a multivitamin longer than I can remember. It is a part of my daily routine because I know it helps to supplement the nutritional gaps that I might not be getting from the healthy food (I try) to eat. The women's 50+ vitamin contains more than 100% of my daily recommended requirements of vitamins A, C, D, B6, B2, niacin, thiamin, B12, biotin, zinc, copper, manganese, and many others. Each tablet is free of artificial sweeteners, shellfish, dairy, wheat, and nuts for those with sensitivities to those foods. The One A Day is a national brand I know I can trust. The tablet is easy to swallow.

Most other multi-vitamins have higher percentages of certain vitamins. Still a totally decent vitamin and perfect for people who just need a little overall boost to a moderately balanced diet and exercise routine. This is definitely not meant for anyone trying to make up for any deficiencies.

Great for replenishing the nutrients and vitamins i need. I have tried a few different brands but they leave a funny after taste with less potency of the vitamins. It is one of most effective brands of vitamins I really like! I'm beyond satisfied and I definitely recommend this product and brand of vitamins.

Supposed to help boost energy, but didn't work for me. I need a vitamin that has serious metabolism support. Also, didn't care for the metallic taste they left in my mouth. All together, a basic vitamin that I am sure would work for others, but did not work out for me in the long run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken these before and love them. It is nice to have a complete vitamin to supplement me when I'm not eating the best. As long as I take them with food I don't get an upset stomach and they are easy to swallow.

It's... fine. I've taken a bunch of different multivitamins in my search for something that makes a difference, and this is no better, no worse. Provides the basics without anything extra (I really need one with Potassium, which can be hard to find). I've had blood work recently and all my levels of the essentials are normal (except for D--I need an extra supplement, which most people in the northeast do in winter). It doesn't irritate my stomach at all, whether I've eaten or not, so that's a plus. 3 stars for availability, price, and, you know.. doing what it's supposed to, but not an overachiever.

These are just a standard vitamin. I didn't feel like anything was special about them besides the fact that they provide my daily dose of vitamins. I also think that the price for these is marked too high since you can get the same thing cheaper with the store brand vitamins.
