In my opinion One-A-Day women's NON-gummy vitamins are the best on the market. This is because they contain 100% daily value of Iron which menstruating women need since we lose iron every month. (However women that do not menstruate should take different vitamins with lower or no iron). Gummy vitamins never have iron becuase of the risk of iron poisoning if someone likes the taste of the gummies and eats them like candy. The women's One-A-Day daily vitamins not only have enough iron, but do NOT contain unnecessary/potentially harmful ingredients that many other women's vitamins inexplicably do (the biggest offender is nickel: nickel is a common allergen— when people are allergic to cheap metals they are allergic to the nickel in those metals and having it in vitamins will cause internal irritation for anyone with that allergy). Thus, from my research, one a day non-gummy women's vitamins have all the essential vitamins and none of the gimmicky “hair and nails” unnecessary or potentially harmful/allergenic additives that many other brands include.

This multivitamin meets middle ground with me, and I recommend it if you absolutely can't find anything else, and for the very reason I rate it 3 star's instead of 5, the price is extremely reasonable, but I'd prefer the one a day energy multivitamin!

I bought these and took them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 200 days. I felt less fatigue throughout the day, more balanced overall, and was very happy. When my first bottle ran out I purchased this product again, which is now being marketed as having a 'new formula'. I took them as I had previously and found myself feeling extremely nauseous and rather tired for at least 4-6 hours after taking it. I am quite displeased and wish that I'd spent half the money on a generic brand rather than purchasing these.

This is overall a good vitamin. I like all that it has in it and definitely felt.a bit more energized. I do feel it has alot of fillers in it though. If they could come out with a more natural form that would be phenomenal. I do recommend this to those that are on a budget but want a good all around vitamin.

I thought they were useful, but overpriced a bit, and they're a bit but for my liking. It was a bit uncomfortable to swallow. There was no unpleasant it off-putting taste like some other vitamins have, and I find myself having more energy and better immune systems

They had all the vitamins that were important to me so I don't have to take multiple supplements. They were easy to swallow so I was relieved I didn't have any issues with that. I'm happy with these vitamins and will continue taking them.

First I hate the taste of vitamins. Doesn't matter if it's in a gummy and who needs the extra calories! Am I right? Any, who you'll need to take extra calcium with vitamin D because one a day alone isn't gonna cut it. My doctor had to prescribe D vitamin even though it's in the multivitamin.
