[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the One a Day Women's Vitamins from Bayer and Influenster at no cost in exchange for my honest opinion. I normally take a multivitamin daily, so it was no change and very easy to add this to my routine. The first thing I did notice, was the size of the tablet. The tablets are smaller than most multivitamins. I didn't notice a taste when swallowing the vitamins. There were no “vitamin” burps. No issues with taking the vitamins. I don't have anything negative to say about them.

I have been taking a multivitamin longer than I can remember. It is a part of my daily routine because I know it helps to supplement the nutritional gaps that I might not be getting from the healthy food (I try) to eat. The women's 50+ vitamin contains more than 100% of my daily recommended requirements of vitamins A, C, D, B6, B2, niacin, thiamin, B12, biotin, zinc, copper, manganese, and many others. Each tablet is free of artificial sweeteners, shellfish, dairy, wheat, and nuts for those with sensitivities to those foods. The One A Day is a national brand I know I can trust. The tablet is easy to swallow.

Fast forward I tried these and was bel to swallow them… yay Nice plus that there is no after taste, it does not disintegrate while trying to take it with water .

I havent been taking these one a day for too too long now but so far they are great. It's great for people to get a multivitamin in just in case they cant get all their daily nutrients in with food in the day. Or even to help strengthen your immune system. Definitely worth the price. Only downside is the pill kinda smells like a vitamin and they are pretty big.

I used to take this multivitamin religiously. At the time, I wasn't eating a very balanced diet, so it helped me to get the vitamins and nutrients I needed. The price is fairly reasonable compared to other vitamins and I like that they're not too large.

It makes it a little easier to swallow and that's a great thing if you have problems swallowing pills like I do. They still cause stomach upset if you don't eat when taking them, so I always have something to eat before I take them. This is why I prefer gummies but they don't have all the stuff the regular vitamins have.

It contains about 19 different vitamins including biotin, iron, etc. They don't leave that nasty vitamin taste in your mouth when you take it. The pill is a good size that's not too big or small. Go get them you guys!

They had all the vitamins that were important to me so I don't have to take multiple supplements. They were easy to swallow so I was relieved I didn't have any issues with that. I'm happy with these vitamins and will continue taking them.
