I use to take these daily. But have not used them in a while. Im a coffee drinker so if i dont eat something before i take these & drink my coffee it does make me sick. I def cant take these anymore because I cant guarantee i can eat breakfast every day. But i do remember feeling better. More energy during the day.

So affordable, not difficult to swallow. Has everything I need in one. Helps to make sure I'm getting what I'm missing on days where my nutrition isn't the best, or just busy days even! Took it consistently up until getting pregnant, where I've now switched to a prenatal.

They are a great daily vitamin for younger women. I prefer the over 40 vitamins. They have more nutrients.
