It's hard to rate vitamins because there's no way to determine the effectiveness of them. One thing I don't like about these is their size. I wonder if they really need to be as large as they are. As with most vitamins, they have an unpleasant taste.

I love getting my extra vitamins in a single dose of this vitamin. It comes at the right price and includes a little extra of the things I need as a woman, such as B complex and biotin. Generally I look for additional supplements for other deficiencies I have, as this does not cover my need for magnesium or iron.

I like these vitamins as they are one of the few daily vitamins that have iron in them. However, if I take one of these on an empty stomach is causes nausea and a very upset stomach, so I would recommend reading the directions for these closely to ensure you're taking them properly to avoid side effects.

It has been a while but when I did take them I felt amazing. I knew what was goin into my body I felt it was a pure vitamin compared to others. And I trusted it. Definitely effective! I use to take them all the time! Absolutely! Money has just been a little tight lately!

These vitamins are just alright. The ingredients are good and all.. but they just don't compare to other brands I've tried. Most vitamins make me feel rejuvenated but these don't really show me a difference in my day to day life. I don't hate them, I just wouldn't purchase again.

Want to feel a little healthier and feel like you have your life on point? This might help. Though this is a name brand it is fairly priced. I usually go for off brand but this one doesn't break the bank like some other vitamins. I'd recommend for any lady wanting to help improve their wellbeing.

I didn't see where I felt any different. Vitamins are difficult to leave a review about as it depends on your body at various times, stress levels, vitamin deficiency and whatever else. I do have a vitamin deficiency and the bloodwork says that these help but physically I didn't feel any better.

Supposed to help boost energy, but didn't work for me. I need a vitamin that has serious metabolism support. Also, didn't care for the metallic taste they left in my mouth. All together, a basic vitamin that I am sure would work for others, but did not work out for me in the long run.
