Fast forward I tried these and was bel to swallow them… yay Nice plus that there is no after taste, it does not disintegrate while trying to take it with water .

It's hard to tell the difference efficacy when you aren't given a few months to allow the product to do its thing. I take vitamins prescribed by my physician in addition I started taking this, it seems it contains, vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Panthothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, & Copper. This bottle contains 60 tablets it helps with bone health, heart health, immune health, skin health, healthy muscle function, & healthy energy metabolism. Upon taking these I feel better, I highly suggest that at any age if you aren't on vitamins you get on One A Day, I feel healthier.

I like a vitamin that you only have to take one a day so that's a reason that I chose this one. I actually do not like the taste of the pill itself. It does work but because I did not like the taste I prefer not to take it and the actual pill is a little bit big. But again some multivitamins he to have to take two.

I love getting my extra vitamins in a single dose of this vitamin. It comes at the right price and includes a little extra of the things I need as a woman, such as B complex and biotin. Generally I look for additional supplements for other deficiencies I have, as this does not cover my need for magnesium or iron.

It's hard to rate vitamins because there's no way to determine the effectiveness of them. One thing I don't like about these is their size. I wonder if they really need to be as large as they are. As with most vitamins, they have an unpleasant taste.
