I'm not really sure what to say about this one... The pills are slightly large so if you have a hard time swallowing pills, you may want to try something else. Otherwise, I had no issues with these. They have all the vitamins I need in them and they're super cost effective.

I was pleasantly surprised that this vitamin does not have all the dyes in it and doesn't have that disgusting vitamin smell. So no yellow pee and no gagging! I initially chose this vitamin because it doesn't have any caffeine in it. As another reviewer mentioned, if you're sensitive to taking vitamins on an empty stomach you do still want to eat because it will upset your stomach.

I take them, and i love that I'll get some type of vitamins in my system, especially with me having anemia, i do try and take as much vitamins to help improve my health and help me with a better lifestyle, i give it 5 stars but its different for everyone.

I used to regularly take the One A Day Women's Formula multi-vitamins but found they did not make any noticeable change in my overall health and how I felt. Since finishing my last bottle, I did a little research and changed to a different brand that covered more areas and had a higher bioavailability (which means I'm absorbing more of the vitamins and minerals).

When I first started taking vitamins this is one I tried. The pills where really big. I'm not a fannof big pills but I kept taking them. I would definitely like them better if the pill was smaller. I did like that it didn't leave a nasty after taste in my mouth though unlike other vitamins.

I am currently taking the One A Day Women's Formula Multivitamins. I really like the ingredients and benefits of this multivitamin, however, I have a very hard time swallowing this pill, even if halved. It's quite large. That is the only downside of this multivitamin.

I can definitely tell when I go without my One A Day. It makes my hair and nails grow instead of always splitting. There are so many different options and types of vitamins wether it is a gummie or a pill, they have them available for children, teens, men, women seniors I would definitely recommend and purchase frequently.
