I like a vitamin that you only have to take one a day so that's a reason that I chose this one. I actually do not like the taste of the pill itself. It does work but because I did not like the taste I prefer not to take it and the actual pill is a little bit big. But again some multivitamins he to have to take two.

Very easy to swallow but I noticed a weird internal reaction that caused itching everywhere. I would scratch like crazy! From what I read some B vitamins can make certain people react this way. Unfortunately I won't be able to keep taking these.

I have been taking One A Day before going to bed for the past 2 months now. It is easy to ingest as the size of the tablet is compact. And it seems to be well absorbed as I don't really see all my vitamins in the morning pee which I'm told is the case with most other vitamins out there. Very convenient and budget friendly. They had all the vitamins that were important to me so I don't have to take multiple supplements. They were easy to swallow so I was relieved I didn't have any issues with that. I'm happy with these vitamins and will continue taking them.

Not sure if I ever saw an actual result of these but I was taking this as a multivitamin for several years. Easy to swallow. Slight taste but nothing horrible or unbearable. Easy way to get the vitamins you need if you dont want several vitamins to take at once.

One a day is a multivitamin. Everyone can take as most of the vitamins and it and it is not expensive. I highly recommend it to others. Definitely cannot do without my dose of medicines every morning. And always add a multivitamin with it. Everyone give it a try.

The women's one a day vitamins smell awful and taste worse. BUT I'm sure that wouldn't be enough to make me not take them. My problem is that I was constipated from them. I have since switched to a special brand for some and gummy vitamins for others.
