I didn't notice any difference in my health after taking these for a year. Everyone needs different things. So it's near impossible for these kinds of MV to be effective for all of us. Doctors even say it (the honest ones anyway).

These never caused any stomach upset for me. I used to take these everyday for a couple of years. The only reason I stopped, was because my local grocery store had a much cheaper generic version of this vitamin.

I have been taking one of these everyday for a long time.  Not sure if they are doing anything, but atleast i know it may be making up for nutrition i may not be getting.  I also get no nausea after taking these.  I would buy again and again.

Not sure why but anytime I take these I feel nauseous. I have tried other brands and have been fine. Thankfully it works fine for my mother so I gave it to her.

I try to take these daily. Dont take on an empty stomach, they can make me feel nauseated on an empty stomach. My hair and nails seem healthier when I take them consistently.

I love this product! I always feel better when I'm taking my daily vitamin! There is no bad after taste and/or gastric issues after taking this vitamin.

Take one daily with food. According to the label, I'm getting all my vitamins in. I don't feel a real difference when I don't take it. If you know you have a bad diet or don't have a sufficient vitamin level intake, I would recommend it:)

I used it in the past haven't been able to afford it lately but I can feel a difference in my body since I haven't taken any in a while there very affordable when I was working

I have been using the women's one a day for years. As far as I can tell it's doing its job. I always know when I forgot to take them because I don't feel the same.
