TV was delievered and left on feont porch. bix looked mostly intack woth a couple dings on the front lower left side. This was a gift for my son. when we took the tv out of the bix that same lower left side was smashed even with the styrofoam at the top and bottom. Now I have been on homd over a half hour waiting for customer service rep. Recording keeps saying that I am next in line with an estimated 46 minutes before my call will be answered. This is absurd.

Great price, great tv

My older Samsung was damaged by a current surge, so purchased this TV without doing much research. Picture is ok, not great. Sound is pretty good without the use of a sound bar. My main complaint is the very difficult menu system. Takes 5 or 6 steps to get an app to load. Live TV is almost impossible to get loaded. The hand remote is of a poor design with each button having several functions. Would not buy again.

I am a big fan of Samsung!I bought a front loader washer/dryer 14 yrs ago and they r going strong!I have a Samsung French door refrigerator that I bought almost 5 yrs ago and love it as well.This is my first Samsung tv but I’m loving it!The picture and sound is so good.My daughter has. 75” Samsung Tv and that’s made me buy my 65”.

My new television shows great, looks great and works great. The brightness, resolution and contrast give me a vibrant picture. And the security to my television is good also, it lets me login and out from my account to another if I wanted to share my television with my kids lol!

Im very found of the TVs size slim but still has very vibrant colors and beautiful picture quality. I use it primarily for gaming on my PS5 and its definitely an upgrade from using my previous monitor. The contrast settings are definitely an improvement from my previous TV as well, the TV is plenty bright and the resolution settings for my ps5 are used to their full potential. Im quite impressed with the security of the TV as well as my previous samsung tv would often get people trying to connect to it I don't have that issue with the new one. I highly recommend this model as an entry level UHD TV perfect for small rooms and living rooms

The picture quality is really nice. I own other Samsung TVs so that was a given when I chose this brand. Brightness and clarity are right up there there my other higher end models. My only gripe (and why it's not a 5-star) is the software while using the tv is sluggish. Sometimes it will take 2-3 taps to get the options to move around between selections. This is a minor thing, but for some reason it just ins't super responsive. You have to make sure the remote is pointed directly at the source and deliberately make slow selections to move the option around.

Very happy with this tv, the color and clarity are beautiful, bright even in a sunny room, the sound is great, and the resolution is sharp. The TV looks sleek, and modern, and connects with my other Samsung devices easily with no security issues like having to link other 3rd party accounts.
