I thought the 55 inch TV would lack in picture color, clarity and sound. I was totally wrong. When I say the color is beautiful, I mean it's beautiful! The colors are true to life and clear. The sound quality is amazing! I'll never hesitate on Samsung again. This is a great purchase for me!

Samsung interface is intuitive, with tons of options to choose from, including free streaming TV channels. The remote is very simple,minimalistic. If you own other Samsung devices, like a tablet or phone, you can control the TV using the Samsung app as well. Like any other modern TV, you get the usual HDMI and USB connections but iy lacks optical audio output and other composite connections. Overall, it is a great value with lots of entertainment options. Highly recommended.

Setting up and downloading new content has also been a smooth transition. the tv itself im sure is good. but when i bought the tv and my mom went to turn it on the tv was damaged where half the screen was messed up. i couldnt return it the same night because sams was gonna close so i brought it in the next day to just do a return and the employee told me the serial number on the tv and the serial number on the box didnt match. i looked after that and it was 1 number off. so the mess up happened in the factory which is so frustrating. accidents happen but very frustrating. sams employees did stay calm and helpful through it all.

You feel like you are right there with them in the room. I like to watch Criminal Minds and I feel like I’m in the interrogation room with Olivia.
