I have ordered this twice and each time my order is canceled and the reason I am given is the product was damaged or they can’t find the house, but how come they deliver other items to my house, so they can find my house. I feel like the delivery person says it’s damaged so they can keep it. How can damage happen twice and or not be able to find my house if 5hey have been there many other times for other deliveries!?
