I purchased two of these for a new storage building and they are very heavy and sturdy. After assembly, which was very easy, I decided to buy two more. Much cheaper than building with lumber today. Recommend highly.

I bought 3 of these shelves, I am really happy with 2 of them, I haven't gotten the 3rd put together because I am missing the 4 c post couplers. I need to contact the company to get that resolved.

Unsafe design. The lip on the bottom 4 supports doesn't have a big enough lip to sit the shorter top supports unto it. The top 2 to 3 shelves would have a hard time holding 600 lb's each due to the unsafe support lip. I ended up having to add bolts between the two different upright supports and I screwed it to the wall. I used it as a grow rack for my garden seedling starts. I normally buy the heavy duty shelves, but they were out of them. Don't buy this model if your going to make one tall shelf. Best to use two persons to assemble it. '

Says its easy to put together but its not. After about an hour and a half of trying to line up the slots on the lower levels i took it back apart and returned it. absolutely a pain. please dont put yourself through what i went through. Getting my money back doesnt even cover how mad i am at this rubbish.

The product said easy assembly but it took me 3 hrs to assemble the shelf. And I needed a heavy hammer to fix all the units. The 4 metal connectors between the 2 levels was the toughest since the connector was of the same size as the columns. And I had to hammer it continuously to attach the 2 tiers. It is definitely not an "easy" assembly as promised.

These shelves are pretty but delicate. The directions warned to check frequently for looseness. Yes, it is loose & they won't tighten up. The upright brackets were able to be coupled together by hand. This is bad. The fit is loose & all brackets are thin & flexible. They move easily. Not good for a house that has a large, playful dog when you have electrical components on them. The all black shelves suck the light out of the room. The shelves are thinner than all other shelves I have bought. Too loose, too thin, unsafe. I'm returning.

I was hoping this shelf would be better than the similar Muscle Rack, as the horizontal members on the muscle rack tend to allow the shelf to fall through when it is loaded down. This shelf did fix that problem, however the horizontal members do not "click" into place like they do on all the pegs for the Muscle Rack. So bump the shelf and the whole thing could in theory come crashing down. Not effective at all. A shame because otherwise the shelf is awesome. It is just the holes on the vertical supports are slightly too big.

Thought we were getting a sturdy set of shelves. WRONG!!!! The side supports FLEX. The shelves then try to pop out. If you lean on the shelves themselves, the whole unit shifts, and you take a chance of the whole thing toppling over. Just pure garbage. Now we know why Sam's didn't have any displayed.

You reason for not publishing is ridiculous. The reason makes no sense. I thinking about posting both of my reviews in the Panama City News Herald. You just don"'t want to post the truth.i also work at Tyndall AFB, FL and will spread the word around the base. You don't want to solve issues,you as well as all others I have tried to communicate with have just gave me the runaround thinking I'll go away. Well that won't happen.
