It doesn’t work when Bluetooth connects with Samsung tv
Hello Anthony,

Thank you for taking a few moments to review the HW-B620F Samsung Soundbar.

If available, we recommend using the HDMI connection to your TV.

Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. ARC is the way to go if you want great sound from streaming apps on your TV and a soundbar.

There are a few things you may want to check:

1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft.
2) Electronic devices may cause radio interference. Devices that generate electromagnetic waves should be kept away from the Soundbar main unit - e.g., microwaves, wireless LAN devices, etc.
3) Also, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by Auto Update, using the SmartThings app, or by using a USB device. You can find the update on the product page of your HW-B620F on the Samsung website.

Should you need further assistance with this issue or have any questions about features or operation, please know that Samsung is here to help. The best on the market
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent sound, for movies and music, a great balance between mids and bass.
Powerful and Clear Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar, right out of the box was such an easy setup as it synced seamlessly with my Samsung TV via its Bluetooth. There are multiple inputs, as in the HDMI, and also the optical inputs which gave me the flexibility of selecting which one i want, i went with the optical as that gave me the crisp sound. The sound quality like i said is crisp, the dialogues sound clear, and the bass added a real depth. Mind you, the wireless subwoofer brought a rich, theater-like experience into my living room. Whether watching movies, sports, or just streaming music, everything sounds noticeably fuller and more immersive. What really surprised me was its DTS Virtual:X support as it created a spacious surround sound effect without needing rear speakers. The included remote is intuitive, but I love that it can also be controlled with the Samsung TV remote for simplicity. It’s a sleek, no-fuss soundbar that delivers impressive performance for the price. If you’re looking for a mid-range sound upgrade that punches above its weight, this one is absolutely worth it.
Feel the Boom: A Soundbar That Shakes the Room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to plug and play, right out of the box. Amazing sound whether it be binging shows or playing some of my favorite playlists. The subwoofer provides a deep powerful bass that can be felt through out any room it’s set up in. This soundbar gets my vote. 10 out of 10. Sleek design that’ll blends with any tv you set it up with.
Great for home theatre and gaming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung B-Series B620F Soundbar and Subwoofer sounds so good when I’m playing my games. It also sounds great when I am watching a movie or videos. I absolutely love this soundbar and subwoofer. The bass really hits on the subwoofer too. In the box you get the soundbar, subwoofer, power cords for each the soundbar and subwoofer, mounting brackets and hardware, digital optical cable, and the remote control with batteries. You also get an instruction manual. Setup is simple. It works right out of the box. Plug it up and connect it one of 4 ways and you are good to go. It has 1 HDMI, 1 HDMI ARC, USB, Digital Optical, and Bluetooth. The Bluetooth you can connect to with two separate devices at the same time, but only play one at a time of course. The Pros of this Samsung B-Series B620F Soundbar and Subwoofer are that you can set the Sound Mode to Voice Enhance so that you can hear a very clear voice. It works magic on voices. It has Adaptive Sound, so no matter what you are watching or listening to, it adapts to the moment. There are so many different modes and settings on this set that you can customize it to your liking. Whether it’s rock, pop, jazz, rap, classical, easy listening, country, or gospel music that you listen to, there are settings for you. You can also adjust the treble and bass as well. This speaker system also has the ability to expand for rear speakers. The cons: I have yet to find anything wrong with this soundbar and subwoofer.
Great soundbar for the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Samsung sound bar for a few weeks and I’m really happy with it. The Dolby Audio with DTS Virtual:X makes a big difference—the sound feels full and immersive, especially during movies. Voice Enhance Mode is also really helpful. I used to struggle to hear dialogue, but now voices are much clearer without turning the volume way up. I also like the Bluetooth Multi Connection. I can have my phone and TV connected at the same time, which makes it easy to switch between streaming music and watching shows. The subwoofer adds strong bass and really brings out the impact in action scenes.
Movie Theater at home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung B620F soundbar is an outstanding solution that provides excellent sound for movies, games and general everyday TV. Manufacturers work hard to produce the best sound they can from normal TV speakers, but due to physical constraints of the thinner and thinner TV’s we use, physical size constraints limit their ability. This is where soundbars come in, providing enhanced sound quality and clarity giving you that movie theater at home experience. The Samsung B620F soundbar and subwoofer give you that full experience with very minimal wiring and installation required. The box contains the soundbar, the sub woofer, a remote, the wall installation kit and a fiber optic cable. The inputs of the soundbar are 2 HDMI ports, a fiber optic port a usb port and a power port. I had open HDMI ports on my TV so I didn’t use the fiber optic cable, opting to connect it to my HDMI/ARC port instead. The installation was seamless, just plug in the TV’s HDMI/ARC port to the soundbar HDMI/ARC port, power to the Soundbar and the Subwoofer and away you go! I have really been impressed with the immersive 3.1 channel sound. The 3 front channel speakers deliver a rich balanced sound and the subwoofer adds a good amount of bass that brings both tv shows and movies to life. The center channel speaker really enhances dialogue clarity so I never have a problem hearing what was said. There is also a voice enhance mode, which I haven’t needed but is available if you do which enhances dialogue even further making sure you never miss a line or spoken plot twist again. I have been most impressed by the Dolby Audio which adds a level of depth and realism to my content then throw in DTS Virtual:X which gives you a virtual 3d experience. I can honestly say I have felt the sound move around me in a really immersive movie watching experience. I didn’t think this could be done without rear speakers, but they have done it. For me, the clarity of the sound, the punch of the bass, the enhanced dialogue and the totally immersive 3D experience with the minimal space required make this soundbar, the B620F a no brainer to enhance my listening and watching experience.
A Solid Soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung B-Series B620F sound bar is a great addition to my living room. The sound is a much better improvement over the built in TV sound. Setup was quick and straightforward. All I had to do was plug in the bar and subwoofer unit with the correct ports. Once powered up set the sound bar to the right setting at I was done. The subwoofer was already paired with the system but you do have a reset if needed. HDMI ARC features worked so far with my equipment which is a promising start for a feature that can be buggy at times in other setups. I did not test the wireless surround speaker option but it's nice to know I have options later. Equalizer and voice boost are also welcome options for when you can't quite hear the main channels. Overall this is a great upgrade with plenty of features for the budget and awesome upgrade opportunities for later.
