This cereal is the best I'm a diabetic and this does not spike my blood sugar I use it for snacks and it taste so good and it has protein! Yum try it you will love it and the price is good but even better when it goes on instant savings.

I bought this to go on yogurt and fruit. Unfortunately, it does not make my taste buds happy. Even mixed in it has an unusual flavor. I get that it's a protein cereal so I chalk it up to that. I will finish the bag but will never buy again. Side note- I would never eat this as a bowl of cereal with milk. The flavor is too off putting.

I love that the company returned to low saturated, for awhile there it was way too high.

Artificial with a dusty protein texture

Purchased two bags of the CC Blueberry Muffin Cereal. Thru the first bag, I just thought it was me, my taste buds...anything but the cereal. Ate thru another cereal and came back to the 2md bag of CC Blueberry Muffin...yuk. As other have mentioned, the aftertaste (artificial sweetener ?) is the main problem for me. Maybe this cereal is just too healthy for me? I do like the crunchiness even if the cereal site in milk for a few minutes. I'm going back to Grape Nuts!
