The Catalina Crunch serial has been purchased for about three years. It began with Weight Watcher’s diet program. All in all, it’s somewhat diet friendly. I’ve kept buying the cereal because it’s absolutely delicious.

Yummy and crunchy lower carb option

Gluten free. No white sugar. 10 grams of pea protein.... Healthy snack. Hard crunch. Good TV/ movie snack food. Has a light blue berry taste. More blue berries would be nice.

I love this stuff. It is a great lower carb option-- I think that negative reviews are comparing it to refined, sugary cereals and that is not comparing apples to apples. Low carb products cannot have white flour and sugar, so of course the consistency will be different. The fact they can put out a "cereal" with these stats is amazing. It is a complete win for people looking to control their blood sugar and increase their fiber and protein. Sam's, please continue to carry Catalina Crunch products.

flavor is good but oh my gosh...the texture is like cardboard. I don't know if they were stale or what but I could not bring myself to finish. the blueberries were a nice surprise

I just knew I would live this as I am a blueberry fan. The cereal is very hard and hard to eat as a cereal with milk. The blueberry portion is very good but I didn't like the cereal portion the flavor was off putting and because it was so hard I couldn't give it to my mother to try, afraid it might crack her teeth.

I was so excited to find a GF cereal at Sams. Unfortunately it was terrible! It was so incredibly hard, it actually hurt my teeth when chewing. Decided to let the squares soak in the milk for a bit and then it turned into a paste like texture which was disgusting. For almost $12 I had no choice but to return it because I truly was not able to eat it.

As a type 1 juvenile diabetic who uses a blood glucose monitor I can attest that this cereal raises blood sugar levels that you will struggle to get back down as it slow releases in your system for hours. This stuff is garbage if you're concerned about high blood sugar levels.

Found the item at Sam's Club and bought it, then the next stop was grocery store. Guess what? I found the same exact item 4 dollars cheaper. Makes me second-guess other prices at Sam's Club..
