I still don't know how to use the darn thing - for one thing I can't get the instruction to talk to me and don't know how to turn it on . I almost couldn't figure out how to turn the volume up. had to go to internet to find out !!! Remote could be more user friendly - I almost took it back because of the complicated thing. I can't even figure out how to navigate to the manual .... who designs this crap !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own this TV and also an identical one that is 75”. I have nothing but trouble with both of them. Apps don't want to work on them, they don't start up correctly when you first turn them on, and I have to basically reboot them every time I watch them. I've already replaced the 75” once under warranty which was a freaking nightmare. Look somewhere else!

I'm a true believer in them, when it comes to Phones , Watches, Sound Systems, TVs and dryers; that you can't go wrong getting. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that isn't the case though with their refrigerators (ice makers have a known defect) , Oven ( about 6 years into it the heating coils in the oven part went and it was cheaper to just buy another stove\ oven) , dishwashers (got rid of it in less then 3 years cause it constantly leaked and would trip the breaker) , washing machines (not horrible but going on 8 years and it's rusting from the inside out) , as those have been nightmares for me. But you'll never have an issue with a phone or a TV from them—they do it right. As far as I'm concerned their UI is leaps above Sonys. So if your like me and have comepletly cut cable and live off of every Steam Service. Samsung as figured out a way to make it all work so that you can see everything it knows you want to see and knows what I might like even though I've never heard of a show. And the best part is it ties in with my phones so always have a remote. The only think I wish they would approve upon is the Dolby Vision with streaming services. My Sony can do thst but then again it's 95 inches and cost 3k when I bout it three years ago.

The smooth switch from a basic when switching is the greatest so slick. The colors and the brightness just perfect for all our favorite shows and movies. Can never get us to change to any other then Samsung. The contrast on game nights for my son has got him hooked and his friends now call us the cool parents. Thank you Samsung!!!!
