[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own this TV and also an identical one that is 75”. I have nothing but trouble with both of them. Apps don't want to work on them, they don't start up correctly when you first turn them on, and I have to basically reboot them every time I watch them. I've already replaced the 75” once under warranty which was a freaking nightmare. Look somewhere else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality. The the smoothness, brightness and resolution of the screen is next level. It truly competes with my larger 55" LG OLED. The integration of SmartThings to control the TV is also a plus. I bought an LG 50" and it was problematic. (Even though this was a sweepstakes entry I truly love this TV, you won't be disappointed)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV! I'm old enough to remember the switch from black and white to color TVs when I'd watch the screen just for the color! This is like it but so much more! The Samsung replace a Sony with a 30" screen. While it was HD, it was 16 years old and not as sharp as it once was. This Samsung is light years better! The pictures are so crisp and clear. I keep finding details that I can't believe that I can see. My biggest problem is that my dogs and I want to watch more TV than we should just to enjoy the picture and sound from my Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the picture is nice I only use the smart tv feature's I'm not sure what is the cause but when I'm watching sports or a movie with a lot happening the tv gets grainy and laggy and it's not just one app and it's not the network I've experienced this for some time I come to deal with it if I use a fire stick it happens less I still love my tv just wondering if the tv needs better video processor to help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a nice tv, but for some reason it constantly loses Internet connection when I'm watching Samsung plus channels. It doesn't do that with any other app on the tv.. It takes a few minutes to use settings after turned on.. SLO response and I have fiber optic high speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it's a great TV. It isn't difficult at all to go into setting and adjust the picture settings. I enjoy a lower brightness since I usually watching before I fall asleep and it was incredibly easy to turn down the backlight and brightness. The picture is great no matter if I'm gaming or watching movies or television it does a great job balance colors and contrast and has some premade profiles if you don't want to mess with it. The picture is crisp and clear even with older shows. It has VESA mounting points and I was able to hang it up with the same wall mount I've had for 6+ years. On the nerdier side of things it uses Samsungs own software TizenOS and is not running android. Due to this it has a ton of safety features (and bugs) that make it more difficult to side load apps. When I first bought it Jellyfin wasn't available in the app store and it was a pain to get it working (it has since been added and works great). For any fellow tinkerers out there make sure you are prepared to deal with TizenOS before purchasing.

While a larger remote control would be a minor improvement, it does not diminish the exceptional quality of the television itself.

That was a great decision because this TV is Amazing. Thank you for making such unmatched products. I also buy phones like the fold 7 and am interested in appliances in the future.
