In 18 months Im on my 2nd samsung tv, after my 1st tv lasted 6 yrs, no problems, sadly when I moved it was damaged by movers and replaced. Then replaced again in 8 months. The new ones don't keep your favorites saved. Every 2 months, yes I've clocked it on my calendar, I have to reset the favorites. I even have an account and should be able to restore settings. Nothing. 3 hrs on hold to get support, 2 times to only get hung up on. SAD BUSINESS SAD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to 75" tvs and they are good but they do become slow and slow down even after deleting apps I do not need or use and leave the couple I have both of my tvs still use 90% of its memory on stuff but yet do not download updates often and the apps are nowhere near the amount it came on it when I got both of them and I have realized the tv turns on my consoles like my ps5 or ps4 when I turn on the tv and I even have the setting in the consoles to not turn on auto so its the tv and the HDMI ports I still prefer them over any others but this couple of things really irritate me and do make want to switch sometimes especially if they continue to get slow or slower from now and I haven't changed anything

There are so many things I like about it, but the picture quality is definitely one of my favorites. The colors look beautiful, everything is nice and clear, and the details really stand out when watching movies and TV shows. I love a TV that has a nice, bright picture, and this one does not disappoint. The 55-inch screen is a really nice size, too. It's big enough to enjoy watching movies without being ridiculously huge. I especially like how clear everything looks in 4K. The colors are vibrant, the picture is sharp, and it makes watching my favorite shows even more enjoyable. I also really like the smart TV features. Having access to streaming apps right on the TV is so convenient. I don't have to worry about connecting a bunch of extra devices just to watch something.
