These ear buds are REALLY

These ear buds are REALLY comfortable, and the sound is beautiful. I got white so I can find them in my bag when I need them. I can wear them while leaning into a pillow on the couch. Very handy.

Comfortable but too quiet

These are super comfortable and fit very well. But they don't get nearly loud enough. I can imagine that when you're active and there's lots of background noise, these will be easily overpowered.

We highly recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit Air. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you.

Open Ear

Very light weight and comfortable. Sound is excellent. Controls take a little bit to get used to but easy to use overall. Highly recommend this product.

Poor sound quality...weak base and too much treble. I came from using Powerbeats Pro and these are a significant downgrade. Going to return these ASAP and spend the extra $150 for another pair of quality earbuds.

Review pros and cons

While wearing these at work and if I'm sweating and bending forward they have a tendency to start slipping off my ear, othet than that I like that the sound is very good and the microphone picks up my voice, people say they can hear me better
