I purchased this set about a month ago. Since the first day, the pans burned bacon, sausage and eggs in the pan. Then it took soaking them in hot water and soap to get the burnt food out. Still, the pans were stained with the burnt food. The material used is not great. I brought them to make my life easier, but I ended up spending more time scrubbing. I couldn’t return the set back because I threw the box away. So make sure to save the box until you are satisfied with your purchase.

I have had this cookware for less than 1 year; I wash them by hand. The bottoms of 3 out of 9 of the pieces are beginning to chip and lose their nonstick coating. I made sure to follow the instructions and only cook on medium heat at the highest, following the recommended pre-cook method and everything. I even bought all brand new spatculas and spoons made of silicone as to not scratch them bottoms. These things are not worth the money.

We bought these in store and did not see any information on the box regarding unsafe chemicals used in manufacturing. We bought the set 4 days ago mostly on price but the last set of Member mark pans we bought was a million years ago ( when they included a wok and the straining insert) and I had several pans that were losing the finish on the inside. Take my box home unpack and start to wash up the lids and what is my complaint The water that accumulates inside the rim from washing and rinsing that DOESN"T dry out ! This could be a deal breaker for me. Because I am not going to have lids sitting on my counter waiting 24 hours to dry! Why wasn't this addressed when they were making the lids ! Surely I'm not the only person that this has happened to ? You can see the water on the inside of the rim. I know its on the inside because no matter how hard I tried to get my towel in there the water was still there!! Granted its nice to see into the pot what you are making but, really is it necessary ? There is a silver lining to this and that is the old metal lids ( ones I can't see through) fit the pots and pans so I'll just be keeping those ! Anybody want some glass lids ? Seriously Member Mark sure hope your redesign group rethinks this lid !

My husband and I just purchased this set with such high expectations as we inherited a pot from a set over 10 years ago from my grandma. I did notice that the lids were different but they looked better glass with the option to use as a strained when turned! Unfortunately once I stated washing the lids pots and pans I noticed the water becomes trapped in between the metal rim and glass on ALL the lids. I can not express how disappointed I am. I was so excited about my new purchase. I called customer service and was told that this is a defective set and that I could take them back for a exchange or refund. After looking at the reviews I have decided to get a refund because this problem has been a issue with other customers dating back several years. I hope this problem can be remedied as I would buy in the future with proper functioning lids!

So I’m not that good of a cook to tell if they’re fabulous pans. But they’re decent, seem sturdy enough and non stick everything comes off easily. They do scratch easily from the exterior the bottoms are all scratched up as soon as you set it on the stove. WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THE LIDS IS TRUE!!! They suck! If you can overlook these details the set is pretty good. You can definitely get a cheaper tfal or the other brand set or something along this lines but the quality of these seem sturdier and better and doesn’t look like it will peel like my tfal set

Saw the review on Consumer Reports and decided this was the set to get. Have been using them for over a year and love them. Truly nonstick, easy to clean, cook evenly and for about half the cost of the big braproduct. You get a lot for the money, a really complete set. Only drawback, the lid handles do get hot, but that's what pot holders are for. I have recommended them to a few friends now. Sam's really did good with this producr.

I ordered these online and have only been used a few times and the inside coating is chipping off. And to make make matters worse, customer service is a big joke. I’ve called three times, each time they promise an email with return information but I never receive the email. Each time I call they have no record of me ever calling. Sam’s has really gone downhill!

Wow, i have bought other set that looked good but didn't preform like they said they would. The nonstick scratches and becomes a stick pan or pot. This set has lived up to its name and does everything they say it does and even dishwashing was great. i would recommend this set for every household. I actually bought this set for my daughter and I plan to get one for myself. The cost and product balances out in my opinion.

Everyone keep saying great product. But are you looking under the lid. There’s a design flaw in the steam lids. Water pools up and is trapped between the glass and the seam. I made steamed rice and then rice pudding in the same pot and you can see the residual from the rice in the glass. Plus the edge also traps food particles. This is a breeding ground for bacteria to build up. Once it’s in there it can’t be cleaned so they are being returned. I loved everything else but this can’t be overlooked.
