Dishwashing can cause the hard-anodized exterior of the aluminum vessel to fade and/or discolor. The fading/discoloration is aesthetic and does not affect the performance of the cookware.

Please keep the following in mind while using this set: use cookware protectors when stacking and storing; only use silicone or wooden utensils while cooking; avoid abrasive materials touching the surface; allow to cool to room temperature before cleaning; and avoid sliding across stove tops or other surfaces.
