We have some tips for you to maintain the superior nonstick performance. 1) Always using low to medium heat. 2) Always cool down to room temperature before washing. 3) Hand wash recommended although dishwasher safe. 4) Avoid sudden temperature change ( Thermal Shock ) on the cookware.
