Directions say that cookware must be seasoned before initial use and also says to never use under High heat (only low and medium). This is NON-Stick.. not cast iron, what's with seasoning it first???? And how is it safe for oven use but can't be used on High heat on the stove top? How are you supposed to boil water or sear meats? Returned unused, was not going to Void warranty because I didn't season it or used it on High heat.

I bought the set not knowing that TEFLON is used in the nonstick hard anodized aluminum. I would like for someone to tell me is this safe?? everywhere I read online states that "C8" is still allowed in the USA, and that you should cook with ceramic or all clad. Is this set safe to cook/bake with? Thank you

Enjoying my new cookware. Disappointed that it is not scratchproof like the original Emeril cookware claims. Extra time required to stack and unstack all in small space available at house. I saved the cardboard buffers from packing box and use them to prevent scratches. Most dishes I cook need a lower heat than I normally use with other cookware because this metal conducts and holds heat much better. Example: a scrambled egg pattie for a breakfast biscuit cooks about halfway between medium and low. I can do other tasks without burning concerns. This morning I dumped the egg pattie onto open buttered biscuit, then added a slice of tomato on the egg before folding all into the biscuit. Nothng stuck to the pan, and I wiped it with a paper towel after running warm water over it.

To say upfront, I am an older woman and in my lifetime I have had many cookware sets. This Members Mark is the best I've ever used!!! I have had it almost a year and it still looks brand new. I use it just about everyday. I do hand wash. Nothing sticks and food cooks wonderfully. You don't have to cook things on high temp and things cook evenly. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS SET, YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO!!!! HAS ALL THE PEICES YOU WILL NEED:)

I’ve been looking for cookware for a while. I have some cookware very similar to these and they were great. I’ve check on these and reviews were good. I went yesterday and bought these. I check prices of the same cookware exactly under a different name priced up to 200 for the same. Follow the instructions on care and I’m sure you will get a good long lasting set of cookware.

this is a gift for Christmas so the set has not been opened yet. I did email Sams Club and ask a question but have not received a reply. My concern was that when the box was opened there was an empty cardboard piece that did not have anything in it. My question was , is this a filler or was a lid suppose to be there? i did not remove all the pieces.

I purchased this set about 6 months ago. I wanted to see how they do after some time has passed. I purchased a set of pan dividers (cheap protection), so i didn't kill the surface when stacking them. I also replaced all the cooking utensils with wood / silicone to protect the cooking surface, which looks as good as the day I bought them. I can tell you that they heat up quickly and evenly. The non-stick surface performs perfectly with anything thrown at it. (think eggs, diced sautéed mango, things like that). When done, it really does clean up with a paper towel, although I prefer a quick hand wash. I have a feeling that these will be around for a long time. Nice job, MM!

We have been needing a cookware set for a while and we purchased this set in Tallahassee, Fl for $120 while it was on sale! My wife loves the quality of the pots and pans so far. They wash very easy - we scrambled some eggs and didn’t rinse it right away and with one wipe over with our scrub mommy it came off.. our previous cookware wouldn’t have came clean that easy!

I bought the set a couple of months ago, and for the first 3-4 weeks, the pans were fine. But after a wile, the non-stick treatment started to lift like a bubble and it bursted. All the pans had the same issue. I followed all the usage directions and care. I got in touch to Ninja directly, after the first two has the issue, they sent me two new pans, but it happened again. They are not good quality.
