It's a tad over-engineered - instructions for assembly need more words, less pictures. We were disappointed in the height of the assembled bed from floor. Looks juvenile. Now we will have to get a bed frame to make it look like real furniture. Too bad we had inherited the platform/mattress frame from a previous owner of our house and we had to make lemonade from a lemon.

Arrived in damaged box with no instructions and no bolts for assembly. One support was bent and another cracked. Parts were loose in the box which was torn at one end so badly, support poles were protruding. I can’t imagine it left the warehouse in this condition and if so, FedEx should have refused it! Decided to repair the damage and purchase bolts which was quicker than 3 hours on the phone with Walmart getting transferred from person to person and speaking with a robot or automated chat thing. Will use Amazon in the future for purchases such as this.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and figured it would be a light weight frame but when it came the box was so heavy I needed my husband to help. This is one of the best purchases I have made and it is a sturdy frame and price is a very good value for what you get. I would recommend to anyone looking for a box frame for a mattress. This is great

The product arrived faster than the date given which was fantastic! It was pretty easy to assemble and because of it’s material it will out last any “normal” box spring. It is quite difficult to get the outer covering on but with a little help we did it. I’m completely satisfied.

I bought this to replace an old wooden box spring, and all I have to say is wow! Who would of known that getting a new box spring would improve my sleep! I could feel the difference in support as soon as I installed this box spring. Great price for a great product.

Instead of a full zip up cover it has a fitted sheet. The bottom snaps for the middle section of the frame easily comes off. The snap covers for the poles also come off and had too keep snapping in place before full assembly. I was nice in my rating because it's first week sleeping on it.

I liked the idea of having a box spring replacement that i could take apart if i ever needed to (for size reasons). My kids and I put it together and it was a fun project. it probably took us 45 minutes or so. We did get a little confused about which way the cover was supposed to go, but we figured it out eventually. Overall, I think it is going to be great.

It comes in a small enough box. Some assembly is required. It looks tough at first, dont worry! Deep breath, READ instructions and use common sense. The task will be done in NO time at all. Maybe 35mins. The end product is a study, cage like box spring with a slight amount of spring. Great design in my opinion.

This was by far the easiest furniture item I’ve ever put together. It all just snaps together, except for 8 screws that they give you a very fancy allen ratchet for. Just took a nap on it and it’s perfect. Gives our mattress the height and support we needed. Seems durable and it was an amazing price! 10/10 recommend

I ordered this for a box bed frame and mattress that was just not high enough to get up from comfortably with bad knees. It shipped in a manageable sized box. It consists of a metal framework that needs assembly and a fabric box springs cover with zipper. It was very easy to put together, and it seems to be strong enough to support 200+ pounds. We assembled it in the living room and moved it into a small bedroom. It is very light, but sturdy. My opinion is that it is well made. We've been using it about a week, so it is too soon to know its' longevity, but I don't anticipate any problems.
