this keeps dropping from the wifi and reconnecting not a great product. I have the older one with the connect bridge much more reliable, buy the old one

I have installed two of the locks and so far they work excellent. The set-up of the keypad was not so easy and I am not convinced it is of super high quality. The few times I have used it it has worked as advertised.

We installed 2 doors last week and we love it. They lock automatically and the garage door unlocked when we come home with groceries. No more scrambling to fish the house keys from the bottom of my purse.

Lock has worked excellent the past month. Key pad feels cheap while pressing buttons and I have replaced the batteries twice already. The keypad might get used one or twice a day. Disappointed with the keypad.

I bought the August smart lock about 6 months ago and shortly after bought the wireless keypad. In some ways I'm happy with the lock,...I like the phone access and geo fencing features and auto un-lock. Where I'm disappointed is battery life and reliability. I'm only getting about 2 months or less on the batteries in the lock itself which is made worse by the fact that it uses an uncommon camera type battery, why it's not a common AA or AAA is beyond me. The batteries are expensive ( though I saved a little by using Amazon Basics batteries) and I cannot use rechargeable batteries such as Ni-MH type. This is environmentally unsound for something that burns through batteries so quickly. The other downside is reliability, for some reason it will periodically disconnect from wi-fi and the wireless keypad will frequently require re-programming to be able to use an entry code and also winds up with a dead battery often. I've stopped even attempting to program a code since it's not a feature I use often. If I were an an absentee homeowner and had to depend on this lock to give others access or if this were a rental unit I could not depend on this lock. If you go away for the summer or have a second home where you will be away for some time, do not use this lock. There are probably other, better options. I really don't understand the glowing reviews this received considering it's shortcomings.

No issues, it compatible with Siri and Alexa. It looks also quiet elegant. It is worth the price

I am so pleased with this product. It was easy to install.
