The staff significantly overinflated the tires. When I went to the store to discuss, the woman immediately told me that the indicator light on my dashboard was probably because the weather had gotten cooler. For starters the light came on the same afternoon I had the tires installed and the temperature was only a few degrees cooler (like 68 vs. 72) and secondly the ultimate issue was them being improperly overinflated. The entire experience made me decide to not ever trust Sam's again because the inflation to the proper level is the easiest part and they can't even get that right.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase of 4 Goodyear tires from Sams Club in Brooksville Florida. The service was excellent. They provided me with all the information I needed and made sure I was happy with the quality and reliability of the tires. Timing was quick and far less waiting than I expected. The price was discounted due to the Holiday season and the service technician spent time showing me my options. I would highly recommend this Sam’s Club to anyone who needs tires.

They look like good quality tires to me and I was satisfied with the price. Service got them installed in the time period they promised and saved the old tires for me as I requested. (we can use them on our farm) Only complaint is they forgot to put valve stem caps back on but that was no big deal. I have had tire service done here before and I've always been satisfied.

I went to Sam's Club to get tires. I wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4. I had no idea what size tires I needed. The guy at the service dept was wonderful. He told me that they would get the car from where I parked it and check them out and let me know. I didn't have an appointment. Within 2 hours, I had new tires put on. They kept my old tires at no additional cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

After pricing out in the area, Sam's had the best price for the value. I ordered them Sunday and got the call Monday they had arrived. The whole process was smooth and with the sale and membership plus discount I was under my expected cost. Everyone was friendly and professional. These tires have a long mileage warranty and I am very happy with the tires and the experience.

They knew right away the tire couldn't be fixed and be safe, they rotated and balanced the tires very efficiently

I really like my new tires, they feel safe while I am driving.. like the traction control Love that they have the Goodyear name on them.

I put these tires on my wifes Audi Q5. They are amazing!!! Excellent handeling, no road noise and the look very sporty.

dry traction is good, wet traction is better than i expected. Wish they were quieter, but not too bad at highway speeds.
