I came in to get a mug put in my tire. There was a nail in the flat portion of the tread. They informed me that side wall was worn and thought that I should have seen that. They refused to repair the nail and I had to purchase a new tire……I felt like they took advantage of me! I could have gone to Tire Kingdom and they would have put a plug in. The side wall issue had no bearing on the tire……

The exact tire we ordered online was late getting to the club for installation. Thankfully Austin kept us updated and offered an in-stock tire, with a higher mileage rating, for less $$ and free installation. Austin saved our weekend plans.

Hard to review the actual tire, we'll see how it stands up, right? I mean so far so good but just had it installed. Smooth ride from Abilene to Tyler but we'll see how it stands up when I get back to the unpaved rocky roads just east of El Paso

I bought these tires but 2 weeks later BEFORE they were installed, i decided to get a refund.. I went back to the tire area to get a refund and the technician told me without even looking up my account that I would get a refund ! He Didn't remember me and he didn't know me so I felt very uncomfortable that i was never getting a refund , so I went to the store manager , joe... Almost 2 hours later, and 3 different associates later, i finally got my refund.. That reminds me of the only other time i had to return an item and the grief i went through trying to get my refund there.. Sam's Club does have some good prices, but never never ever hope you have to return an item.They just will not want to take it back.And will do everything they can to stop you !!

We read a good many reviews and comparisons about all weather tires. We picked these because of the performance in rain and snow. Now that we have them on the SUV for about a month, I can say that my husband loves them. They are responsive and perform well in the rain. They are mushy or slidey. He's very happy with them. Love the SAMS price. We did learn that it is best to make sure you are purchasing this years manufacture date, because over the years that rubber does deteriorate. So if you are looking on-line and see that the MaxLife is the older generation than the MaxLife 2, and they are cheaper (some are the exact same price, go figure), be careful because they could be a year or two older than the MaxLife 2.

Our OEM Michelin tires had problems of leaking air that the driver's tire finally went flat. These Goodyear tires had similar tread patterns, were on sale with $100 off when you buy 4. The installation was fast, under an hour and the ride and handling felt better than our originals on the car.

I got these for my Kia Sorento and like them very much. I especially appreciate the long wear rating, it's more than the old tires, and they weren't that old- just worn out. I find these to be about the same in regards to road noise, fairly quiet. I'm happy with them and the installation was super fast and easy.

I ordered 4 tires and 4 sensors. Had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get installed. Then had an appointment at 5 did not get done until 720. They called to ask if I wanted tire sensors as my light was on, I said yes, I paid for them, he said for 4 I said yes I have the receipt. Once car was done they appear to be good. Everyone has been very nice in general. Will purchase again and hope it doesn't take that long.

I purchased the tires the week before and made the installation appointment at 8 AM for the next week. When I arrived for installation they told me I didn't have an appointment. When the lead (salesman) arrived he tried to tell me my appointment was the day before. I knew that I did not make it for that day because It had a prior commitment for that day. Two and a half hours later I had my tires. There is no waiting room. No where on my receipt did it have my appointment. I did not receive any text or email reminding me of my appointment.

They look like good quality tires to me and I was satisfied with the price. Service got them installed in the time period they promised and saved the old tires for me as I requested. (we can use them on our farm) Only complaint is they forgot to put valve stem caps back on but that was no big deal. I have had tire service done here before and I've always been satisfied.
