Tizen is pretty user friendly and the processor is zippy...which is much appreciated. I don't find any issues with the sound and found that it really depends on the channel or show you're watching if you're streaming Netflix. All that to say that sometimes it's not the television when you can't hear that well. I only use Samsung cellular devices so the smartview is super cool and easy to use! The picture is great, I didn't expect to see everyone's pores and fine lines lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only real issue I've experienced with this television is the Internet would cut off every now and then from the tv. I would have to home the power button for a soft reset every now and then. Pretty annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the picture quality. I am no TV expert & this is my first 4k TV & it replaced a Samsung 60 plasma. But this picture is great. Sharp & vibrant colors really pop. I do wish the stand was a little sturdier.

Its color and sharpness bring to life these characters on the screen. You can see the screen from any angle as though you were sitting in front of it. Great TV. Ml

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During a time if uncertainty it is a fresh of breath air being able to watch such clarity from a samsung TV. I have 2 boys and unfortunately we we're unable to attend movie theaters due to the pandemic, however its been awesome being able to turn off the lights crank up the volume and with a bag of popcorn to distract from us from these unfortunate times.

The setup was a little tedious when it came to hooking up my phone and all systems to it, but I love how the remote works with my xbox and I can use other devices to control my tv. The picture is also beautiful and vibrant. I saw a lot of complaints about the tv stand being cheap plastic, however I don't see a problem. Its sturdy and looks sleek.

This new TV has such dark and deep blacks and bright colors, I even setup both TVs next to each other to see the huge differences between the two. Setup was super quick and easy. I love having multiple inputs, with this TV I was able to hookup everything including our XBOX and Nintendo Switch. Oh and the sound that comes out of this new TV is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased this tv in june, the set-up was a breeze.... apple tv, netflix, prime & spectrum. the picture quality is exceptional for the price point. i would recommend this tv to anyone that wants to upgrade to a 65" screen while keeping the total ownership cost to a minimum.
