Didn't realize the quality and features on our new Samsung 65" would be so dramatic compared to our older TV. Picture quality is outstanding and smart TV features are extensive. Sam's even delivered ahead of schedule. Only issue was discovering that latest Spectrum remote would not pair all of the features on the Samsung (FF, pause, Rewind). Spectrum tech provided the older version of their Universal Remote which made of Samsung 65" fully functional.

Received a bad tv with lines but received a replacement in 2 days ...I was not impressed with the picture ..it was about the same as my 5 year old Samsung ...but the processor has improved in spend and I could install the PBS stream apps which was not on my old Samsung or my new LG ....price was good with 4 year warranty..

Great so far. A little too smart sometimes it tries to override the ps4. Also only two hdmi ports, having multiple gaming systems its a bummer to have to unplug constantly and then the tv source auto generates which device name and usually wrong. Turned off voice feature. Set up was easy the legs seemed sketchy afraid it could easily tip over but they did include hardware to attach to wall. Use with bluetooth soundbar set up was pretty easy too. Picture is good personally had to drop the brightness down started off super bright for us. It seems to auto-dim itself if sun shines through windows. So far so good hope it lasts as long as our other Samsung we had for over ten years...

The TV is great, easy to set up, nice clear picture. The only thing you need to know is that Samsung has an 8 character limit on the password for the WiFi. I was unaware and had trouble getting WiFi to work. Ended up calling Samsung for assistance and found out. Otherwise, love it.

Amazing tv at a great price!

Remote functions are plentiful and easy to use. Picture quality is excellent except for the motion refresh rate which is, disappointingly, just slightly poorer than my 7 year old 50" Samsung. Despite than that it was a good purchase.

Sound has hiccup once in awhile; sometimes on recorded programs, sometimes live, on some channels. not consistent. Will just wait and seen since it seems to be something that would be difficult to diagnose

Makes the movie like infinite Boomsauce levels!! Well worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really great! 1. AirPlay doesn't work after few days, need to connect and re-connect 4-5 times to make it work. Sometime it doesn't even work. 2. TV freezes, I meant software freezes and nothing would be functional. Might be after 20-30 seconds it would be back and remote controls work as usual. 3. If you need to install any app, need to hit install 4-5 times for apps installation, sometimes no luck need to turn off the tv and start again. 4. need to setup sound bar settings every often. It forgets things faster. Lot more, not enough patience to explain more. I feel theres a problem with software on TV. If I use other third partyeverything works great, then I don't need to put huge money for this. Huge disappointment!
