The only complaint which I can live with is occasionally the microphone for audible requests opens on it own.

I love the Alexa features along with the clear display and sound. It's been a great addition to the family and we are excited to continue to use Samsung products in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At First I was excited about my purchase of this tv. I got it mounted and everything before actually watching something on the tv. Man, was I disappointed. It's not like the 60R from the prior year. This one does not have the Native 120 HZ but only 60 HZ. This is not good for a person like myself who likes to watch movies and play games from time to time. It's not worth the price. I wish I could have taken it back. I would have got a TU8000 or a RU8000 from the previous year.

I bought this 4 days ago and it was fairly easy to set up. Picture is very good and sound also. I cannot get the TV to work on optical only soundbar. It works as long as speakers are enabled but not once optical sound is selected... My main grip is it is not very user-friendly (remote, apps, settings etc.). Really takes a learning curve, coming from a Roku TV it is MUCH more difficult. Time will help I guess.

However, it's also rather disappointing at the same time, as it feels more like a downgrade from its predecessor, the Samsung Q60/Q60R QLED. It still uses a VA panel with an outstanding native contrast ratio, and its black uniformity is simply remarkable, making it a perfect choice for dark rooms. Most gamers should be content with its remarkably low input lag, but support for variable refresh rate (VRR) is noticeably lacking and it's limited to a 60Hz refresh rate. Motion handling is mediocre as its response time is slow, leading to motion blur. Nevertheless, if you want to give QLED TVs a try, this one is a good start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 65" frame I love it, guests have never seen anything like it, No wires etc. I have direct tv, the remote set itself up after I entered provider. Beautiful 4K videos. My only issue is the wifi connection. I have to reconnect the wifi often, granted this could be on my end, the provider is not great. Overall highly satisfied.

I love the talking remote for ease of finding channels and shows. It's a great TV for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, I've been very happy with this purchase. This is the first TV I've had in 15 years. I love the quality of the TV picture, the sound quality is surprisingly good for TV speakers. I wanted a smart TV, and that's working out well. I wish the user interface was able to either be single string of thumbnails across the bottom (current configuration) or a rectangle of icons (6x4, etc where you can customize the order they show up in) taking up the whole screen. When it's a rectangle you can get to the icon you want faster. Looking forward to utilizing the art display feature.
