[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has every feature one could possibly want at this stage of television evolution; built in WI-FI, multiple inputs including ATSC tuner, built in web browser, and a smart remote with Netflix, Prime Video and Samsung TV Plus direct app access buttons. As for performance the picture, with the proper input, is no less than breathtaking especially in dynamic mode. The audio is consistently present and spatial without having to be overloud to be distinct. I have noted one issue that presented itself on first installation. I use an Amazon Fire TV as my internet access device which has its own remote. Many times the wait time for apps such as YouTube TV were overlong and inconsistent. I initially thought the problem was with my home WI-FI but it was not. After much consternation I found that since both the Samsung TV remote and the Fire TV remote use the Anynet system of cross brand control there must be a conflict between the two remotes for control of the Fire TV. I pulled the batteries from the Fire TV remote and the problem instantly disappeared. The Samsung remote then is all I use and almost everything is copacetic. There are a couple of functions on the Fire TV remote for Amazon content that are not available on the Samsung remote but the inconveniences are hardly noticeable.

Setup was a bit confusing at times, but I finally got everything set for ease of use. Was very easy to connect other devices. The only real issue I find is with the remote , It's sleekly designed but minus the number key pad. More clicks than should be necessary to get to a specific channel, otherwise everything functions very well. Love the picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two months in and overall we are pleased with the picture quality and sound quality for our setting. Good balance of color and black settings in dark environments. Good smooth picture when watching action and sports based on limited usage thus far. The only issues I am experiencing is a lag when switching between functions on the remote or switching between apps. It is slow to respond.Lastly, one of the deciding factors in choosing this set over another was the built in Spectrum TV streaming app. Overall, the app is disappointing since it does not allow the usage of the cloud DVR and no way to pause or record using the app installed on the TV. The app is also buffering a great deal even with 450MB connection speed, and there is no lag when using a Hulu. I was hoping a firmware update may fix this, but the software is up to date.

The only complaint which I can live with is occasionally the microphone for audible requests opens on it own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually replace televisions that are still working but our 42" Samsung was date so we decided it was time for an Upgrade! 65" QLED 4K was futuristic in comparison and enjoyed by the family, especially the smart TV features awesome picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV offers everything! The TV was very simple to setup. It comes with loads of apps installed. The picture quality is crystal clear from any position in the room. One of the many features that we enjoy is the "Samsung TV channels" that provide so many viewing choices that you really don't even need cable or satellite service. The sound quality is good. You can purchase cheaper TV's but then you get what you pay for. The Q60T is well worth the small extra cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of, if not the best, lineup of televisions on the market today. You cannot beat the quality of the sound, software and connectivity. The picture is clear and changes dynamically depending on the input and the perceived media you are using. The software is intuitive and intelligent. It recognizes the peripherals you connect to the TV so that it names them correctly; that way you do not have to try and remember what is connected where. If you have other Samsung products (Phone, Sound bar, etc.) they connect automatically, you don't have to do almost anything. The new remote is so easy to use, simple and forward thinking. Within minutes you will be using it without ever having to look down to see what button you need to press. I expected this to be a great TV, I was not only not let down, but I was impressed even more than I expected.

Man, was I disappointed. It's not like the 60R from the prior year. This one does not have the Native 120 HZ but only 60 HZ. This is not good for a person like myself who likes to watch movies and play games from time to time. It's not worth the price. I wish I could have taken it back. I would have got a TU8000 or a RU8000 from the previous year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. The only con is that I have to buy a wifi extender because the TV was not connecting good to wifi. I have another Samsung 55' in the same spot and same everything and wifi works well. That's what makes me think the wifi range in this TV is smaller. All othe I just love it.
