This is the worst customer service I have ever had first they send the wrong parts so you can’t put it together then they won’t order the parts over the phone you have to do everything through email than it takes forever for the replacement to come never order from them again

Very sturdy frame. Instruction is lacking. Pictures helped some but it needs improvement. Metal pieces have marking UP to indicate direction of assembly, but the hard plastic pieces do not. The mid-section pieces need to have the open end facing up. If installed upside down, metal piece can be removed by press on the push pin. The issue is the push pin sink in and lost inside the metal frame. I almost return this frame. Luckly, I found an old metal window hanging curtain bar long enough to push the push in out of the frame. To reinstall the push pin, best use a small, long nose pliers. Once assembled, the frame is solid, no crack or creek as some stated.

I read the reviews after I purchased it and noticed a lot of people complaining about putting it together. It comes in a box, it has metal rails, directions, and even comes with the tools. We layed out all the metal rails and screwed them together. Then we put this large zippered pillow case on. I love that if you need to move, you can easily take it apart or if you want to clean the fabric periodically you can. Not like those old school wood ones. This type of box spring is new and improved. Yes, you have to put it together but it is worth it!

this product was well made, an fits it purpose .However, it took HOURS to assemble as there wasn't any illustrations nor INSTRUCTIONS with the product. This was ordered for my granddaughter and shipped to her address and I couldn't help them at all as I was in a different city.

didnt read description and thought it was a traditional box spring. opened the box and saw all the pieces and was going to return. wound up putting it together. (very easy) and it turned out perfect. set it on top of a traditional queen size bed frame with mattress on top.easy to take apart for moving or storage.

Best box spring I ever purchased. Totally fooled me with the box it came in. Easy assembly and good directions. Quality in every part. Sturdy and well made, cover fits perfectly and easy to cover. Extremely well made. Would definitely recommend.

I was so happy that I bought this product. It is strong and works perfectly. It was easy to put together but you need the space to do that and ensure that you are viewing the pictures correctly. I was able to put it together alone with no assistance. I hope they had an extra cover to go with it but it was very much like the picture once you put it together.

I love that it was very easy to put together, and did not take long at all to assemble, like total time was barely 15 minutes! The cover fit great and made it to where our cat doesn't go under the bed and claw the mattress anymore. Shipping was fast as well. I definitely recommend this product!

I bought this box spring about 2 months ago, delivery was free and fast. It came in a long box and assembly was required. It was pretty easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. It is an all metal frame, with no springs, then you cover it with a thin fabric that closes with a zipper. It fits the base of the bed perfectly. The only thing is that it came really dusty, so make sure to clean it before assembly, so the carpets won't get dirty.

I don't know if I understood the description long I thought it was a box spring the normal ones the old-fashioned kind with wood whatever it is. But no one comes in this tiny box that you have to build and put it together it's not that hard you kind of do need two people at the very beginning. And I guess it's okay my daughter doesn't care for it her mattress slips off all the time the only reason that it stays on is because it's against the wall but in the middle of her room it literally slips to one side into the other
