This box arrived pretty banged up (and much later than promised when I ordered), but I was surprised to find that several of the metal pieces inside were rusted. I probably should have complained and asked for a replacement, but I had needed this days before it arrived so I simply accepted it for what it was. Once assembled, it seems very sturdy. I just really hope the rusted pieces do not come back to haunt me in the future...

I don't know if I understood the description long I thought it was a box spring the normal ones the old-fashioned kind with wood whatever it is. But no one comes in this tiny box that you have to build and put it together it's not that hard you kind of do need two people at the very beginning. And I guess it's okay my daughter doesn't care for it her mattress slips off all the time the only reason that it stays on is because it's against the wall but in the middle of her room it literally slips to one side into the other

I was so happy that I bought this product. It is strong and works perfectly. It was easy to put together but you need the space to do that and ensure that you are viewing the pictures correctly. I was able to put it together alone with no assistance. I hope they had an extra cover to go with it but it was very much like the picture once you put it together.

I bought this box spring about 2 months ago, delivery was free and fast. It came in a long box and assembly was required. It was pretty easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. It is an all metal frame, with no springs, then you cover it with a thin fabric that closes with a zipper. It fits the base of the bed perfectly. The only thing is that it came really dusty, so make sure to clean it before assembly, so the carpets won't get dirty.

I love that it was very easy to put together, and did not take long at all to assemble, like total time was barely 15 minutes! The cover fit great and made it to where our cat doesn't go under the bed and claw the mattress anymore. Shipping was fast as well. I definitely recommend this product!

I read the reviews after I purchased it and noticed a lot of people complaining about putting it together. It comes in a box, it has metal rails, directions, and even comes with the tools. We layed out all the metal rails and screwed them together. Then we put this large zippered pillow case on. I love that if you need to move, you can easily take it apart or if you want to clean the fabric periodically you can. Not like those old school wood ones. This type of box spring is new and improved. Yes, you have to put it together but it is worth it!

When it showed up in it's long skinny box I wondered what the heck am I going to do with this. I opened the box and started putting it together.it was straight forward simple and took no time at all very sturdy and will out last a wood box spring with not much difference in weight. Highly recommend.

After waiting almost 2 weeks for mine to be delivered I anxiously assembled it only to find it’s just a metal boxspring… I could have spent much less and bought a boxspring the day I needed one. Now I’m stuck with this and I’m most likely going to have to buy something else to elevate it off the floor. Beyond angry!

We wondered about a box spring in a small box, but this thing is great. All steel construction makes this far superior to the flimsy wooden framed box springs of yesteryear. Easy to assemble and great to sleep on. If you like firm this box is for you!

Able to fold up to fit in tight spaces a king size box spring would not otherwise fit into (such as up a narrow staircase leading to an upstairs bedroom) It is only because of this product that I was able to keep a king size bed in a master bedroom upstairs. The stairwell was so steep and narrow that only a regular full size box spring would fit (which was fine for the upstairs guest bedroom). Thankfully this king box spring was available and made it up the stairs easily! Now we can continue sleeping on our king size bed without a problem!
